  1. Who can do the courses?
    Professionals who are working with children like teachers, nannies, childminders, children transportation staff, professional automobile drivers, passenger transport drivers could take the courses for personal and professional development, as the courses come with an international professional certificate. Parents, private vehicle drivers or anyone who feels they would like to have the essential knowledge and skills to be able to help themselves and others during emergencies, should take the course.
  2. Can I take the practical classes for the courses?
    Practical classes of the courses can be availed onsite by our approved trainers or at one of our approved training centres. The practical training fees is dependent on the location and number of trainees. Please connect with us and we will guide you through.
  3. Will the fees for practical training be the same and can I pay online?
    The practical training fee is usually higher, considering the additional resources required. The fee is calculated as a group training project and is determined as per location and number of trainees.
  4. What is the validity of my certificate?
    Most of the certificates are valid for 3 years.
  5. Can I do this course from anywhere?
    Yes, you can do these courses from anywhere in the world, with a stable internet connection and a computer.
  6. What is the duration of the course?
    The course durations range from 2 hours up to 11 hours, depending on the type, mode, and level of course.
  7. Can organisations take group training?
    Yes, Groups or Institutions can make group training requests with special rates, please email us with your requirements.
  8. Are the courses compliant with international standards?
    All programs are developed in compliance with UK and European Union regulations including Ofsted UK, Health and Safety Executive, European Resuscitation Council, Recitation Council UK, International Liaison Committee on Resuscitation UK, NHS UK, CIMSPA UK and International Certification and Quality Assessment in Wellbeing UK
