Staff Mental Health Response

Our custom-designed mental health program is specifically formulated to strengthen employees’ resilience, helping them manage stress, anxiety, and depression while supporting their colleagues. This program equips employees and supervisors with the skills to identify and manage early signs of workplace mental health conditions, including stress, anxiety, and depression. It covers symptoms, risk factors, preventive measures, and support strategies, emphasizing early detection, intervention, and seeking professional help when necessary. Key topics include understanding mental health, mental health continuum, mental hygiene, resilience building, and mental health first aid.
The course is structured to support mental health response for Self to Self and Self to Others.
